A Take Home Lesson

Hi

As we close today’s session, let me leave you with a moment that started with four simple questions and ended with a shift in perspective for everyone in the room.

In one corporate training seminar, the trainer paused and asked us to reflect silently on four questions. No answers out loud, just an honest conversation with ourselves:😊😊😊

1. How much do you earn?

If your mind went straight to your salary, pause here. True wealth also lives in the love you earn, the prayers whispered for you, the blessings you carry, and the goodwill you leave behind.

2. Where do you live?

If you answered with an address, think deeper. The most beautiful home isn’t built of bricks, but of the space you hold in people’s hearts.

3. What is your professional objective in life?

If it’s only to improve your own life, ask yourself: what am I doing to uplift the lives around me? Leaders measure success by the value they add to others.

4. What do you believe in?

If your answer stopped at rituals or identity, go one step further. Do you live those beliefs daily? Do you practice kindness, gratitude, and care for humanity? Have you thanked the One who placed love and compassion in your heart?

The Takeaway:

Managers often focus on personal gain, position, and performance. Leaders focus on people—earning respect, living in hearts, adding value, and embodying what they believe.

A life, and a career, remain incomplete unless we recognize the power of the One who is Lord of all lords, and follow the path of the Ultimate Leader who guides all leaders.

You can share this message with millions—and I hope you do.

But first, answer those four questions for yourself.  πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™

Jazak Allah.

The world is already beautiful. Add your color to it. Make it richer, kinder, and more human.
